The crusher of PY series is suitable for middle or fine crushing various ores or rocks off 5-16 hardness.

Its construction is composed of the main parts such as frame, adjusting ring, crushing head, driving system and eccentric brush as well as electrical equipment and lubricating facility of the auxiliary part.

The electricmotor drives the eccentric bush via the bevel gear to make the crushing head swing. The mantle and the bowl somethimes approach and sometimes depart from each other so as to crush and discharge ores. The contacting surface between the supporting bush and frame is compressed tightly by springs.

When uncrushable object enters the crushing chamber (such as metal lump etc.) compression of these springs allows the bowl charged, thus preventing damage. The surfaces of the crushing chamber are lined with wear-resisting high manganeses steel liners. The adjustment of the discharge opening is performed hydraulically or manually.
